STAY FRESH AND STAYING ALIVE

Sometimes, I realize when folks ask:

“How long do fruits and vegetables stay fresh in the Fruit&VeggieKeeper™?”

…that we have different points of view, and maybe we’re speaking of two different conditions:

I’m thinking of “alive.”

They are speaking of “fresh.”

As you see in the photo, the Bok Choy is alive, blossoming. And yes, it’s fresh plus it is developing, even growing. Now, blossoms can happen quickly, in a matter of days, and even though Bok Choy can stay alive for over a week in the Fruit&VeggieKeeper,™ it gets eaten pretty quickly, because it goes in soups, steamed veggies, and my salad, in short order!

The Fruit&VeggieKeeper™ does keep produce fresh, because it is alive. That doesn’t mean it stays edible forever, as with plants even in the garden, they develop and sometimes spoil….but they are in the best of circumstances, sometimes blossoming!
